  • How can I file a refund?


Refund request can be made by emailing us at shhd@myhouse.com.my or chat with us to file a refund.

  • Will I get a full refund?


Please take note that refund will not be in full amount as we need to deduct some processing fee. Kindly expect a reduction of 5% from the total amount paid previously.

  • How do you refund to your customer?


Once we received your returned item(s), refund request will be process within 5-10 working days. Refund will be credited to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amounts of days depending on your processing bank.

  • I have yet to receive my refund. What can I do?


If you yet to receive your refund, kindly follow these few steps:


a. Check your bank account first.

b. Check with your bank or card-issuing bank and inquiry on the refund as different banks might need some time to process and post your refund.

c. If you have done the above and yet to receive your refund, kindly contact us at shhd@myhouse.com.my


  • Can I redeem back my voucher codes that has been used after I request refund?


Voucher codes cannot be re-issued and are non-refundable. If you return products that was purchased using a voucher code, only partial paid price (after discount and processing fee) will be refunded.

  • Can I exchange my products?


If the products arrive in faulty/damaged condition or due to our negligence, exchange of products are allowed.


  • I changed my mind and don’t want the products anymore. Can I request for order cancellation/return/refund/exchange?


We regret to inform that any cancellation/return/refund/exchange due to change of mind will not be accepted. We reserve the right to reject any cancellation, refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.
