• What is your return policy?

We always make sure that our products are in good condition before packing. However, if the products received are torn/faulty/damaged/wronged due to our negligence, return of products are applicable. 

  • How do I file a return?

Return request can be done by emailing us at shhd@myhouse.com.my or chat with us to file for a return. Please send along the following details so that we are able to inspect and process your request.

a. Order number/Order ID/Tracking ID

b. Your name and phone number

c. Email address

d. Short description along with photos of the faulty/damaged/wronged product

  • How do I return the products to seller?

Once confirmed, products can be returned by post to:

  • Who would pay for the return delivery charges?

If the faulty/damaged/wronged products posted are due to our negligence, delivery charges will be borne by seller. However, if the product are damaged due to third party/customer action, customer need to pay the delivery charges of repurchasing the products.
